Strengthened structural design and material selection have resulted in a mechanical lifespan of over 500,000 cycles and an electrical lifespan of 100,000 cycles, far exceeding the industry average, allowing stable operation in high-frequency daily industrial scenarios for over 8 years. The casing is made of flame-retardant PA66 reinforced nylon (UL94 V-0 rating), with an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ (500V DC) and terminal voltage resistance of 2000V AC.
