The casing is made of flame-retardant PA66 reinforced nylon (UL94 V-0 rating), with an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ (500V DC) and terminal voltage resistance of 2000V AC. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 120°C. It has passed 72 hours of salt spray corrosion testing and 10-60Hz vibration testing. The basic version has an IP40 protection rating, while the upgraded version can reach IP67 for dust and water resistance, making it suitable for complex environments such as humid workshops, outdoor equipment, and medical cleanrooms.

The in-vehicle version is used for the function control of the central console in new energy vehicles, with no performance degradation after high and low temperature tests from -40℃ to 85℃, and it is certified according to the IATF16949 automotive industry standard. The outdoor equipment version features an IP67 protection design, suitable for operation buttons on agricultural machinery and outdoor charging piles, capable of resisting rain and dust, and operates stably in fieldwork and outdoor environments.
