Car Three-Legged Limit Travel Switch

The travel switch (also known as a limit switch) is an automatic control component triggered by mechanical motion. Its core function is to detect the displacement or stroke of an object to achieve the opening and closing of circuits, the start and stop of equipment, or limit protection. It is an indispensable 'safety sentinel' and 'action commander' in industrial automation and electromechanical equipment.

The barrier gate at the entrance and exit of the parking lot is equipped with a limit switch that controls the lifting and lowering limits of the barrier arm. When the barrier arm descends to be flush with the ground, it triggers the limit switch, and the barrier motor stops rotating to prevent the barrier arm from continuing to press down, which could damage vehicles or the ground; when the barrier arm rises to the highest position (not affecting vehicle passage), another set of switches is triggered, and the motor stops to prevent the barrier arm from exceeding its limit, causing stuttering or damaging the motor.
