The core advantage of the FSK-20 series lies in its integrated waterproof design, achieving strong protection through the triple safeguard of 'structural sealing, material upgrades, and process reinforcement.' It features a fully enclosed sealing structure, with high-elastic nitrile rubber sealing rings embedded at the shell joints, combined with an overall potting process to fill internal gaps, completely blocking the intrusion of moisture and dust. With a protection rating of IP67, it can withstand immersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes, ensuring stable operation in rainy weather, humid workshops, bathroom environments, and similar scenarios.

The casing is made of PA66 reinforced nylon material, treated with high-temperature modification, combining flame retardancy (UL94 V-0 level) and weather resistance. Its operating temperature range is expanded to -25°C to 105°C, capable of withstanding high and low-temperature cycling impacts, preventing material aging and cracking in extreme environments. The contact system is made of silver alloy, optimized with vacuum coating technology, with an initial contact resistance of ≤50mΩ and insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ (500VDC). The terminals can withstand voltage up to 1500V AC, effectively preventing leakage risks in humid environments and ensuring electrical safety.
