High-Temperature Resistant Safety Door Electric Limit Switch

The travel switch (also known as a limit switch) is an automatic control component triggered by mechanical motion. Its core function is to detect the displacement or stroke of an object to achieve the opening and closing of circuits, the start and stop of equipment, or limit protection. It is an indispensable 'safety sentinel' and 'action commander' in industrial automation and electromechanical equipment.

The boom and stick cylinders of the excavator are equipped with limit switches to control the movement range of each component. For instance, during boom lifting, when the boom reaches its highest position (to avoid contact with the cab or exceeding the safe angle), the switch is triggered, cutting off the hydraulic circuit for boom lifting and preventing damage to the hydraulic system caused by overtravel. During the tilting operation of the loader's bucket, the switch controls the maximum tilting angle of the bucket to avoid over-tilting, which could lead to material spillage or mechanical damage.
