Micro Switch Introduction

The HK-14 series provides highly flexible customization options to meet the requirements of differentiated applications. The operating force is customizable (less than 5.0N in a leverless state, normally 30±15gf), with an operating stroke range of 0.6 to 1.5mm, accommodating various trigger force and displacement scenarios. Lever styles are customizable, including straight levers, bent levers, and roller levers, to suit various mechanical transmission structures. Contact types include SPDT (1NO+1NC), NO, and NC, covering the full range, to meet the requirements of single control, interlock, and other circuit design needs.

Installation and Usage Guidelines

When installing, the switch must be mounted on a flat surface and fastened with a flat washer or spring washer to prevent malfunction or casing damage caused by uneven surfaces. Choose models based on the environment: for humid or dusty conditions, it is recommended to use a sealed custom version to enhance protection. Do not apply lubricating oil to the button or actuator to prevent contact sticking, functional failures, or even burnout. During storage, keep the product in a dry, ventilated area, protected from rain or snow, and avoid high temperature and humidity that may cause component aging, ensuring the product retains its original performance.
