Equipped with independently developed patented technology, this core product has successfully partnered with leading enterprises in fields such as new energy charging piles and industrial cleaning equipment, thanks to its dual advantages of "full-sealed protection + precise actuation". It addresses the industry pain point where traditional micro switches tend to fail in humid and dusty environments.

It is learned that relying on the enterprise's self-developed waterproof patented technology, the IP67 micro switch has passed authoritative tests, achieving complete dustproof performance (IP6X) and no leakage after 30 minutes of immersion in 1-meter water (IPX7), enabling stable operation in harsh environments with rainwater and oil contamination. "We have improved sealing precision through specialized processes to ensure reliable and controllable waterproof performance," said the enterprise's technical director. The contacts are made of high-grade materials with a contact resistance of ≤30mΩ. Combined with an optimized structural design, the product boasts an electrical lifespan exceeding 50,000 cycles and a mechanical lifespan of up to 1,000,000 cycles, meeting high-frequency usage demands.

Strict quality control runs through the entire production process. Relying on independently developed fully automated assembly equipment, the product realizes full automation from assembly to sealing, with key dimensional errors controlled within ±0.02mm. Each finished product must undergo 7 tests, including high-temperature and high-humidity cycles and 100,000-cycle actuation durability. Among them, the waterproof test simulates extreme scenarios such as heavy rain washing and oil spray, ensuring a 100% factory qualification rate. Currently, the product has obtained international certifications such as UL, VDE, and CQC, and complies with the requirements of the IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system.

The market application sector has shown significant growth potential. In the new energy field, the customized model for charging piles can resist outdoor rain erosion, reducing the equipment failure repair rate by 62%; in the industrial cleaning scenario, the model adapted for high-pressure cleaners has shown no corrosion or failure after 18 months of actual testing.
