Self-Resetting Pressure Limit Micro Switch

The travel switch (also known as a limit switch) is an automatic control component triggered by mechanical motion. Its core function is to detect the displacement or stroke of an object to achieve the opening and closing of circuits, the start and stop of equipment, or limit protection. It is an indispensable 'safety sentinel' and 'action commander' in industrial automation and electromechanical equipment.

The cutting platform lifting mechanism of the combine harvester is equipped with a travel switch that sets the "minimum working height" and "transport height" of the cutting platform. During harvesting, if the cutting platform descends too low (close to the ground, possibly scraping the soil), the switch is triggered to control the hydraulic system to raise the cutting platform; during transport, when the cutting platform rises to the highest position, the switch is triggered to lock the cutting platform height, preventing shaking during driving.In the seed box of the seeder, the travel switch detects the seed level. When the seeds are about to run out, the switch triggers an alarm device to remind the operator to add seeds, preventing missed sowing.
