Working Principle and Structural Features

The HK-04G-L uses a snap-action mechanism, with a precision spring plate as its core internal structure.

Key Advantages: Even if external force is applied slowly to the switch's actuator lever, the internal spring plate will suddenly flip at a certain critical point in the travel, driving the contacts to make or break at very high speed. This mechanism greatly reduces arc formation time, effectively protects the contacts, and ensures the switch's long service life and high reliability.

Actuator type: The HK-04G-L series offers various actuators, the most common being the roller lever type (such as HK-04G-LZ), suitable for detecting moving parts and effectively reducing friction.

Terminal type: There are solder terminals for soldering and PCB terminals for direct insertion into PCB boards, which can be chosen according to your assembly process.

Operating environment: Avoid applying oil to the switch's actuating part, as this may attract dust and cause poor contact. In environments with heavy dust or humidity, choose a sealed switch with a higher protection rating (such as IP67).

Installation: Install the switch on a flat surface and use washers to secure it evenly, preventing deformation of the housing that could affect the internal operation accuracy.
