The casing is made of weather-resistant PA66-GF30 reinforced nylon, processed through a high-temperature and high-pressure integral molding process to achieve a seamless housing. Key interfaces are equipped with fluororubber seals that are resistant to oil and chemical corrosion, with compression strictly controlled between 0.5-0.7mm. Combined with potting sealing technology and waterproof terminal design, it meets the IP67 protection standard.
