The core advantage of the SK-20 lies in its patent-level waterproof design, providing comprehensive protection through a triple guarantee of "structural sealing, material upgrade, and process reinforcement": it features a fully enclosed sealing structure, with high-elasticity nitrile rubber sealing rings embedded at the shell seams, combined with overall potting to fill internal gaps, completely blocking the intrusion of moisture and dust. Its protection level reaches the IP67 standard, allowing it to withstand immersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes, ensuring stable operation in rainy weather, humid workshops, and bathroom environments.


The shell is made of PA66 reinforced nylon, treated with high-temperature modification to provide both flame retardancy (UL94 V-0) and weather resistance. Its operating temperature range is extended from -40℃ to 105℃, capable of withstanding extreme temperature fluctuations without material aging or cracking. The contact system uses silver alloy, optimized through vacuum coating, with an initial contact resistance of ≤50mΩ, insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ (500VDC), and terminal voltage resistance up to 1500V AC, effectively preventing the risk of leakage in humid environments and ensuring electrical safety.


As a waterproof switch designed specifically for vehicles, it is suitable for scenarios such as new energy vehicle charging guns, car door status detection, and battery pack auxiliary control. With IP67 protection, it can resist water vapor intrusion during rainy day charging, and it shows no performance degradation after high and low temperature tests ranging from -40°C to 85°C.
