For the smart home field, it has launched an "indicator-equipped model" that supports warm light and cool light dual-color adjustment, which can feedback the circuit on-off status in real time; For the industrial field, it has developed a "high-load model" with a flame-retardant PA66 shell that can withstand a large current of 32A, suitable for high-power equipment such as motors and frequency converters; For the automotive electronics field, it has created a "high and low temperature resistant model" that can operate normally in an environment of -40℃ to 120℃, meeting the needs of automotive circuit control.    Quality control runs through the entire production process of Rocker Switches. In the raw material link, metal contacts and flame-retardant plastics that meet RoHS standards are carefully selected, and each batch undergoes anti-aging and breakdown resistance tests; In the production link, fully automated assembly lines and laser welding technology are introduced to control the component size error within 0.02mm, avoiding performance deviations caused by manual operations; In the testing link, each switch must pass the "200,000-time pressing life test, insulation resistance test, and high-low temperature cycle test" to ensure a 100% factory qualification rate. With strict quality control, the products have passed authoritative certifications such as UL, VDE, and CQC, and become qualified suppliers for enterprises such as Midea, Supor, and Joyoung.


   Facing the industry trend of "intelligence and low power consumption", Yueqing Tongda is accelerating the technological upgrading of Rocker Switches.
