Micro Switch Introduction


The HK-10 mouse switch, as a specialized micro-press on/off switch product, is positioned within the current peripheral market trend of 'performance competition and attention to detail.' The core structure of a mouse micro switch consists of a metal shrapnel, moving contact, fixed contact, return spring and shell. Its working process is divided into two stages:

Press-On Stage

When the user presses the mouse button, the pressure is transmitted to the metal shrapnel of the micro switch. The shrapnel bends and deforms, driving the moving contact to move downward and contact the fixed contact. At this time, the circuit is connected, and the electrical signal is transmitted to the mouse main control chip, which identifies it as a "button trigger" operation.

Rebound-Off Stage

When the mouse button is released, the metal shrapnel returns to its original shape under the action of the return spring. The moving contact is separated from the fixed contact, the circuit is disconnected, the signal transmission stops, and the button returns to the initial standby state.
