The series of products features an integrated packaging structure, with high-elasticity silicone sealing rings embedded at the shell seams, combined with a snap-closure process to effectively resist harsh environmental conditions such as dust, oil, and light splashes. The built-in overcurrent protection mechanism allows the contacts to quickly disconnect when the current exceeds 1.5 times the rated value, preventing circuit overload from damaging the equipment. The terminal types are available in four specifications: soldered, tab-insert (2.8mm/4.8mm options), screw-lock, and quick-connect, suitable for various installation methods such as PCB soldering and harness connections, with terminal insertion durability of ≥50 times and strong connection stability. The product has passed salt spray testing (48 hours) and damp heat aging testing (96 hours), and can remain stable in special environments such as coastal areas and high temperature/humidity conditions.
