The FSK-14 features a dual waterproof and dustproof design with 'structural sealing and material protection,' fully compliant with the IP67 international protection standard (IEC 60529), achieving complete dustproofing and the ability to withstand immersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without leakage. Its sealing structure uses a patented reinforced design: highly elastic fluororubber seals are embedded at the casing seams and combined with ultrasonic welding for seamless junctions. The cable interface at the rear uses a crimped sealing sleeve, forming a fully enclosed protective barrier that completely blocks the entry of moisture, dust, oil, and other contaminants, making it suitable for complex environments such as workshop spraying, outdoor rain and snow, and coastal salt fog.

The housing is made of flame-retardant PA66 reinforced nylon, treated with high-temperature modification, combining flame resistance (UL94 V-0 rating) with anti-aging performance. Its operating temperature range covers -25°C to 85°C, capable of withstanding high and low-temperature cycles to prevent cracking or performance degradation in extreme environments. The contact system uses highly wear-resistant silver alloy material, optimized through vacuum plating process, with an initial contact resistance of ≤50mΩ, insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ (500VDC), and a terminal withstand voltage of 1500V AC, effectively preventing leakage and contact oxidation in humid environments.
