Its sealing structure uses a single reinforced fluororubber O-ring design, with the O-ring diameter 0.2mm larger than the interface groove width. Once assembled, it forms a 30% compression, effectively blocking any paths for moisture and dust intrusion. Additionally, the rear end is tightly pressed against the cable via a PVC sheath, preventing water from seeping in through the cable entry, making it perfectly suitable for workshop spray, outdoor light rain, and other scenarios that do not involve long-term submersion.

The housing is made of flame-retardant PA66 reinforced nylon, treated with high-temperature modification, combining flame resistance (UL94 V-0 rating) with anti-aging performance. Its operating temperature range covers -25°C to 85°C, capable of withstanding high and low-temperature cycles to prevent cracking or performance degradation in extreme environments.
