Tongda Wire Electric Arc Lever Waterproof Micro Lever Introduction

In order to activate a microswitch, an external mechanical force must be applied to a transmission element, which can be in the form of a press pin, button, lever, or roller. This force is then transmitted to the action reed, which is specifically designed to shift to a critical point when a certain level of force is applied.
Once the action reed reaches the critical point, it produces an instantaneous action that causes the moving contact at the end of the reed to quickly establish or break contact with the stationary contact. The microswitch has a small contact spacing, a short travel distance, and a quick response time, resulting in minimal downtime.
When the force on the transmission element is released, the action reed generates a reverse action force. As the transmission element moves back to its original position, it eventually reaches the critical point of the action reed, completing the reverse action instantaneously.
It's important to note that the speed at which the moving contacts in a microswitch operate is not dependent on the speed of the transmission element. Instead, it is determined by the switch's design and construction, which is engineered to allow for rapid and precise switching action.
