The FSK-20 series adopts an "integrated sealed housing with multilayer waterproof structure" design. The casing is made of weather-resistant PA66-GF30 reinforced nylon, processed through a high-temperature and high-pressure integral molding process to achieve a seamless housing. Key interfaces are equipped with fluororubber seals that are resistant to oil and chemical corrosion, with compression strictly controlled between 0.5-0.7mm. Combined with potting sealing technology and waterproof terminal design, it meets the IP67 protection standard.

For the high power demands of industrial equipment and large outdoor electrical appliances, the FSK-20 has been specifically upgraded in terms of electrical performance: the contacts are made of 99.9% high-purity silver-palladium alloy, with surface hardness enhanced through vacuum sputtering technology, an initial contact resistance of ≤5mΩ, a rated load of up to 20A (250V AC), and a peak load supporting 30A instantaneous switching. It can reliably accommodate circuit control for medium-to-high power equipment such as industrial washers, outdoor charging stations, and large aquarium devices, preventing contact erosion and performance degradation due to current overload. The actuator structure features a "reinforced spring with dual contact linkage" design, achieving a mechanical life of over 120,000 press cycles and an electrical life of more than 80,000 cycles. In industrial scenarios with high-frequency daily switching, it can provide stable operation for over 6 years.

The FSK-20 series has passed wide temperature cycle tests from -40℃ to 125℃. In northern winter outdoor environments at -35℃, the housing shows no cracking and the contact points maintain good connectivity. Under high-temperature conditions in industrial equipment heat dissipation areas at 110℃, insulation performance remains stable. It also features excellent anti-interference and corrosion resistance: insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (500VDC), voltage withstand between terminals up to 1500V AC, capable of resisting industrial electromagnetic interference; the housing and seals show no corrosion after 72 hours of salt spray testing, making it suitable for high-salinity marine environments and chemical vapors in industrial workshops, covering adaptability to most harsh conditions.
