Long-Handle Push Micro Switch

The FSK-18 Series adopts a dual-protection structure of "integrated sealed housing + nitrile rubber seal ring": the housing is made of high-rigidity PA66 material, precision-molded with no seams at the joints; the seal ring is embedded in the housing groove, with a compression amount controlled between 0.3-0.5mm, achieving complete dust isolation (IP6X) and no leakage after 30 minutes of immersion in 1-meter water depth (IPX7). Test data shows that in scenarios such as kitchen oil spray, outdoor heavy rain washing, and industrial cleaning solution immersion, the moisture rate of internal components is 0, completely solving the problems of "water-induced short circuit and dust-induced jamming" of traditional switches.

The contacts are made of 99.9% high-purity silver-palladium alloy, with surface hardness enhanced through vacuum coating technology. The initial contact resistance is ≤5mΩ, which can stably carry a regular load of 10A (250V AC) and a peak load of 20A (250V AC), suitable for medium and high-power equipment such as dishwashers and high-pressure cleaners. The actuation structure is optimized for different types:

Rocker type: Adopts a dual-spring balance design, with an actuation stroke of 1.2-1.5mm and an operating force of 5-8N, providing clear feedback without jamming;

Push-button type: The built-in return spring shows no attenuation after 100,000 fatigue tests, with a quick rebound within 0.1 seconds after being pressed, suitable for emergency start-stop scenarios;

Dip-switch type: The toggle plate is made of wear-resistant POM material, with a toggle force of 3-5N and precise positioning, avoiding incorrect circuit on-off caused by accidental touch.
